Launching a new church or a new site takes months, days and hours of preparation.  Numerous months of prayer, preparation and planning must take place if the new site launch is to be successful. The “Count Down to Launch” document has been developed to guide the planning and preparation during the 10-month period leading up to the launch of a new site or church.
