A Kids’ City Campus Director is responsible for recruiting and developing leaders and artists to implement the Kids’ City mission and strategy at a campus location and for partnering with the KC Champion on Kids’ City initiatives.
The Champion is responsible for influencing the philosophy, personnel, and programming of their particular ministry at all
locations and as well as within the NewThing Network ensuring that it reflects a collaborative, reproducing culture.
The CP is known as the 'face with the place' - they are responsible for overall leadership at the campus and for being the primary team leader, cheerleader, and strategic planner.
The Arts Director is responsible for executing all of the arts at their campus. This includes music, media, sound, lights, and production as well as overseeing the teams from these areas. Most Arts Directors are also worship leaders.
These directors are responsible for reproducing leaders and small groups at the campus level. Leadership training/ coaching and connecting people in small groups are key for this role.
