How do you reproduce your church and maintain alignment and vision between all of your locations? The New Campus Start Up Guide is a tool used in conjunction with the Countdown to Launch as a guide for Campuses / Churches to reproduce themselves. Includes Campus Expecations, What We Believe Statements, Ministry Constants, for Adults, Students, Children and Creative Arts Ministries, Leadership Expectations, Ministry Role Descriptions and the "10 Campus Constants." An essential tool for all churches within the NewThing Network.
Launching a new church site takes staff, coaches, leaders, and lots of volunteer contributors. Our graphical matrix is a simple, powerful tool for keeping tracking of open serving opportunities, and which positions are currently filled by specific people. The Launch Matrix changes daily during the few months prior to launch, and it helps everyone on the team keep up-to-date on the readiness status of the Arts, Children’s Ministry, First Impressions, the Adults Ministries, et al.
Launching a new church or a new site takes months, days and hours of preparation. Numerous months of prayer, preparation and planning must take place if the new site launch is to be successful. The “Count Down to Launch” document has been developed to guide the planning and preparation during the 10-month period leading up to the launch of a new site or church. You should regularly review this checklist to determine the critical agenda items that need to be addressed before moving on to the launch phase.
