Adult Small Group Leader Training
“Thriving Lessons – 10 Topics”

Thriving Lessons is a flexible body of content composed of 10 broad topics or competencies. Thriving Lessons can be “turbo” when done as an accelerated apprentice leader development course. Thriving Lessons can be used one-on-one between a coach and a leader or one-on-one between a leader and an apprentice. Thriving Lessons can anchor small group leadership development done on a ministry-wide basis during monthly or quarterly large group sessions. The 10 Topics include:
