NewThing Started With a Dream

NewThing is a growing movement that birthed out of COMMUNITY about 6 years ago with the start of our first church plant, Jacob’s Well Community Church.  At about the same time, COMMUNITY began multiplying sites at an incredible rate – allowing so many dreams to come to fruition. As we look back over the past 6–10 years, we have observed what it takes to cultivate a dream that God births within us.

In fact, because we have seen so many dreams turn into churches and  new campuses we decided to design a new role called the NewThing Leadership Resident. Through this role, an individual will get the chance to:

• Apprentice with a campus pastor/lead planter at one of our Affiliate Network Churches.
• Experience the launch of a new site/church
• Be trained in the fundamentals of leader reproduction and much more.
