Who
Designed for church launch teams who have attended a NewThing Practicum and are ready to begin their countdown to launch.
What
Professional and experienced NewThing coaches and Community Christian Church specialists will come along-side your launch team to provide guidance, focus and accountability as you plan and prepare for your multi-site launch. The coaching will help your team in the following ways:
- Identify barriers to going multi-site with objectives for breaking down those barriers
- Develop detailed action plans based on the "Seven Moves to Multi-Site"
- Understand and apply the practices of "One church with multiple locations"
- Provide additional accountability in the midst of a busy church schedule
- Give access to ministry-specific specialists to assist in applying the multi-site strategy
