Together: What's Missing from the Mission?
We understand the great commission; and we believe in the great commandment; but we have forgotten Jesus' challenge of the great collaboration in John 17 that we are to do the mission "Together!" Jesus offers us a vision of a "Together" church that prioritizes relationships (friendships, marriage & family) and community (teamwork, partnerships & networks) as the way to be and do God's mission. Together With God: Before God will create community through you, He must first be in community with you. Only a whole and healthy leader who lives in communion with God can lead their family, team and church into greater experiences of community with God and one another.
Location: Worship Center - Main Auditorium
Speakers: Dave Ferguson and Brian Bloye with Kevin Davis

A Multiplying Leader Is a Permission-Giving Leader
Permission-giving leaders shift to leading with a "yes" mindset — giving both license and language to lead in advancing the mission. This workshop will help equip you to look beyond where leaders may lack to seeing their God-given potential and to have ICNU conversations that further multiply your leadership and advance the kingdom.
Location: Student Center - Room 140
Speaker: Jon Ferguson

Workshop 2 - Wednesday - 8:45am-9:45am

Together as a Family: "Together" starts with intimacy with God and then is lived out in an intimate marriage and healthy family. "Together" sees the family as the first priority of ministry and not a distraction from difference making or ancillary to life change ministry. Together as a Team: The mission of Jesus and becoming level 5 multiplying churches is not something that can be accomplished by a single individual or one charismatic leader. We must come together as staff teams made up of unique gifts and callings to equip and mobilize all of God's people for mission.
Location: Worship Center - Main Auditorium
Speakers: Sherry Surratt and Jon Ferguson with Kevin Davis (Host)

Workshop 3 - Wednesday - 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Hero Maker: 5 Essential Practices for Leaders to Multiply Leaders
Drawing on five powerful practices found in Jesus' ministry, Hero Maker presents practical strategies to multiply your dreams, initiate permission giving, develop an apprenticeship system that works, activate your leaders' gifts and develop a simple scoreboard that measures kingdom-building progress.
Location: Faith Hall - Room 301G
Speaker: Dave Ferguson

Leading Side by Side: Men and Women Leading Together with Integrity
The stories and headlines suggest we should retreat from one another rather than lead together. But when we avoid one another we miss the beauty of working collaboratively as brothers and sisters. Together we reflect the image of God and we bring healthier leadership to our churches when we work together. Through stories and personal testimony, you'll hear from men and women how they have navigated healthy relationships leading side by side.
Location: Student Center - Room 140
Speakers: Jenni CatronJon Ferguson, and Janet McMahon

Workshop 4 - Wednesday - 2:30pm - 3:30pm

What Unites Us?

We are the body of Christ – diverse in giftings, diverse in our contexts and diverse in service, but we are united in Christ (I Corinthians 12). When we collaborate and work together, we become a fuller expression of the body of Christ – better able to accomplish the Jesus mission. How Big Is Your Circle? The vision of the church as the body of Christ does not pertain only to one local church. The body of Christ is made up of many churches, and each part of Christ's body has something unique to offer the rest. When we open ourselves up to learn from one another and work together in unity, we are truly better together.
Location: Worship Center - Main Auditorium
Speakers: Daniel Yang and Øivind Augland with Kevin Davis

How to Start and Sustain a Multiplying Church Planting Network
What will it take to change the spiritual landscape of your city or region? One church can't do it alone. But a network of collaborating churches can. Join Patrick O'Connell, Global Director of NewThing, for a quick but comprehensive look at how to start a new multiplying network of churches in your city. It's easier than you think! As the director of NewThing, Patrick has helped leaders in the USA, Europe and Asia start new networks that in turn plant new churches. This will be a practical workshop to help lead pastors, networks and church planters work together to do more for the Kingdom.
Location: Education Building (E1) - Room 310
Speaker: Patrick O'Connell

Workshop 5 - Thursday - 8:45am - 9:45am

"Together" We Are the Answer to Jesus' Prayer

Jesus' last prayer is recorded in John 17:20-21, and it was for us to be one, "Together." God wants us together forever. We can be the answer to Jesus final prayer and help people escape from Hell and be in Heaven. Let's Get It Together: Commit to the whole Jesus mission to GO–LOVE–TOGETHER. As we each commit to do our part to plant and multiply churches together we will become level 5 multiplying churches result, movement occur and the mission of Jesus accomplished.
