Church Planting Assessment Center (CPAC)

The Church Planting Assessment Center helps church planters and their sponsors determine the details of God's call with clarity. Based on well-documented essential characteristics, CPAC utilizes a multi-modal approach to developing a "snapshot" of a church planting couple or single church planter. Unique to CPAC is the use of interactive modules that leverage the powerful feedback of peers in the assessment process.

There are several valuable products of the Church Planting Assessment Center. A comprehensive written report is produced for each candidate which details observations, standardized testing, interpretations by subject matter experts, and developmental recommendations. Self-assessment is often reported as the most valuable outcome of CPAC--all of us can benefit from a concentrated period of self-reflection and surrender to God.
