Bill Carroll has been of staff at COMMUNITY as the Worship Arts director since 2000.  During that time he has led several music mission teams to France and it has been his dream to someday be a part of a church plant in France.  In July 2009, Bill, his wife Rachel, and their children Will and Natalie will be moving to Aix-en-Provence, France to join an existing church planting team through Christian Associates International as a first step in their dream of starting churches in France. In the winter of 2010 they hope to move to Paris to be a part of a church planting team.
