For the last 10 years Sean served as the Pastor of Family Ministry at Grace Church in Powell, OH. In June 2008, Grace Church sent Sean and 13 other families to start a new church in the Dublin-Jerome area Northwest of Columbus, OH. At the 2008 Exponential Conference Sean attended the Reproducing Church Experience and began to pursue becoming part of the NewThing network and planting a reproducing church. In February after nearly a 6 months of meeting and launching small groups Encounter Church was launched.
