Affiliate churches also receive informal coaching, feedback, and accountability weekly while building partnerships with other churches in their cluster. Affiliate Church Coaching can occur prior to launching a church plant, helping you develop a customized and comprehensive launch plan. We can help you with both the big picture strategy, and with the details.
Affiliate Church Coaching can also assist churches that have already launched and are experiencing challenges like growing too fast, stalled growth, and staff burnout. We can provide access to weekly service-building resources, and provide you with a network of peers that are going through the same challenges or have already gone through them.
