About the Race

About The Race

The NewThing 5K Race (run/walk) is a local fundraiser to be held on Saturday October 17th, 2009.  In past years, this race has been known as the Kingdom 5K.  Though the name has changed, our goal remains the same and we hope so does your support.  Now, more than ever, people are searching for support and meaning in their lives.  NewThing is an organization committed to creating places where these changes can be experienced throughout the world. Our Mission is to be a catalyst for a movement of reproducing churches relentlessly dedicated to helping people find their way back to God.
